These are the cards that my club will do in October. I think it'll be a fun meeting. This is the new Jingle paper from CTMH...it's great! The stamp set is the new Holiday Jingle, also from CTMH...of course!

Wow!!! Where has this summer gone???

Tomorrow is the first day of school for my girls. I don't know how...but this summer has just absolutely flown by! We've had a really good one though!

July is almost over...

I sure don't know where July went, I blinked my eyes and now it's almost over!! Going to be a vendor in another crop in August...pretty excited about that!! But now I've got to get busy and get stuff ready.

WOW what a weekend

We had such a wonderful weekend! We went to Lake Norfork and stayed 3 nights and had a blast! Friday and Saturday were miserably hot, but Sunday was perfect. We spent the whole day on the lake...boat riding, tubing, water skiing...what a day!!

We are on vacation the rest of the week and are gonna do as little as possible and enjoy every minute!!!

I cannot wait to see this movie!! We watched the MTV Movie Awards last night so we could see the sneak preview of "New Moon", the 2nd movie in the Twilight saga. And, WOW, it's gonna be a good one...but then I didn't expect anything less!!!

Hope everyone has had a wonderful and safe Memorial Day weekend! We have had a great weekend, but it went by way too fast. But then, the busier you are, the faster time goes. And we have been pretty busy this weekend....

Happy Mother's Day

I hope all the mothers out there are having a wonderful Mother's Day!! I made post it note holders and accordion albums and potted pretty little flowers for the Mom's and Grandma's in my life! They all loved it!!

I have had a wonderful Mother's Day, minus the fact I pulled my back out, but my hubby and girls have waited on me hand and foot! Talk about feeling like a queen, I sure have today!!

New Signature

CTMH Cube

I did this cube one night last week. I really like how it turned out!! The papers are scraps from the Emporium kit and Vineyard Berry ribbon. I think I need to make another one or two or three...

Post It Note holder

I made this cute little Post It Note Holder tonight. I seen a picture of one on the CTMH bulletin board and had to make one of my own. I can't wait to take it to work. I figure I'll have lots of orders for one! Supplies used were: CTMH Daydream Level 2 paper, I can't remember which letter stamp set it was, I borrowed them from my sister-in-law and one of those plastic $1 picture frame turned upside down. Such a fun project and was made pretty fast! I'm thinking I'm going to make these for the Mom's for Mother's Day.

2nd Scrapbook Club Meeting

These are pictures of our 2nd club meeting. I forgot to take a picture of the layout that we made. We sure did have fun!

This is a close up of my display board. I had major difficulties at home Friday night (hot water heater went out) so i didn't get as much on it as I wanted, but all in all I was happy with it! I even got 4 scrapbook pages done while I was there. And hosted make and takes for 20 people. Again, it was a great day in paradise!

Sassy Scrapper Crop

This is my first crop as a vendor. I had a wonderful day!! Sold a little bit and made several new friends and hopefully return customers! Now, tomorrow I've got my Scrapbook club meeting and haven't figured out what we are gonna do. But I have an idea. ;)

Busy, Busy, Busy...

No pictures tonight. I have been extremely busy getting ready for an all day crop on Saturday. I am really nervous, as this will be my first crop going as a vendor. I will have a small notecard, the envelope to go with it and a bookmark for my make & takes. I'm excited but so very nervous!

I got my new stuff yesterday and I am in love. I ordered the new "Bella" kit and it is absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to start on it! As soon as I have something done with it I'll be posting pictures!!

Card Holder for MIL...

I got this idea from Rachel, one of the many very talented ladies on the CTMH Consultant Bullentin Board. My Mother In Law's birthday is tomorrow, and I have her a picture frame, some new pics of the girls and this card holder with the four greeting cards. I think she'll like it.

This is the left side of my new layout. The set is Emporium by Close To My Heart. I love the colors of this set. I have the new Bella set coming Tuesday, so I am trying to get all of this set used up!

This is the right side of my newest layout for my demo album. It is of my first club meeting last month. We all had so much fun! Can't wait till the next meeting, which is April 19. My actual album comes in Tuesday, along with my other new stuff and I cannot wait! Just like Christmas!

This page is my title page. I am going to do some journaling on the bottom left corner, about how much I love scrapbooking, why I scrapbook and how I got into Close To My Heart, but I'm not good at journaling, so it's definately something I'm working on.

This is a 2 page layout I just finished. I really like the colors in this one. The pictures turned out kinda funky, though.

Addicted...

Twilight is finally out on DVD!!! I downloaded it from iTunes so we could have it on our iPods and then I went and bought it on DVD so we could watch it on TV. Addicted, well maybe just a little! ;)

Close To My Heart...

I am now a consultant for Close To My heart! Really excited about this. I have been a scrapbooker for many years, well, now I can add the title of stamper too! Pretty fun stuff!!

Oh Twilight...

This movie and the series of books have got to be the best thing since sliced bread!! The girls and I went and seen the movie 2 times, we'd probably went and seen it one more time, but our local movie theater only had it for a week. We absolutely LOVED it. I have read the whole series of books and loved them. The second movie "New Moon" which is the second book is being filmed now. It is supposed to be released November 2009! Can't wait!!
